This fully integrated cell with dual purpose and quick change fixtures was made to accommodate various instrument panel configurations. Durable and perishable tooling was selected and developed to satisfy our customer’s aggressive production rate and quality requirements. The cell was made complete with a utility skid, PLC / CNC interface, operator friendly human machine interface, mist collection and chip evacuation.
