Ethen came to Canada in 1979 from South Africa. He was introduced to the Windsor Club by Susan Easterbrook and has been a fan ever since.

Ethen really enjoys the accommodating staff and fine dining experience at the Club. Ethen has worked in the field of manufacturing for over 20 years. He is currently the president and CEO of L & H Diversified Manufacturing Inc. Having been involved with many different facets of the manufacturing industry, Ethen has gained the knowledge and expertise to expand L & H globally. Having previously been employed by Excello Canada and F. Joseph Lamb Ethen has risen to the top of his field in providing innovative product lines and automated solutions.

As a member of the Windsor District Chamber of Commerce, The Detroit Chamber of Commerce, Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters, and the Canadian Federation of Independent Business, Ethen is committed to staying on top of the ever changing manufacturing Industry. He also remains active in the community by partnering with Hospice of Windsor, The Windsor Homes Coalition, the Windsor Minor Hockey Association and many other local charities. In their limited spare time, Ethen and his wife Stacey enjoy entertaining and spending time with friends and family.
