This Bolt Feeder System is a (4) position Conveyor module that robotically inserts (16) or (20) 8.25 inch long bolts assembled with a captive floating washer.  The module cycle is 17.9 seconds, which will produce 201 engine assemblies per hour. The module identifies which engine assembly is entering the conveyor station and adjusts its pitch accordingly.
